30-Day Beauty Guarantee
We are confident in the quality and performance of the Velioné AutoCurl™. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request assistance.
All requests are carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which can include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable and eligible.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund, and all outcomes are determined at the discretion of Velioné based on the circumstances provided.
Return Eligibility
To be considered eligible for a return or refund:
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free from signs of wear, damage, or misuse
- The product must be returned in its original packaging where possible
- The item must not have been used beyond reasonable inspection
Items that have been used, altered, damaged, or not maintained in new condition may not qualify for a refund or return.

Returns & Shipping
If a return is required, instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Velioné is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
